Junior Operations Coordinator | Fintech Startup

About the Role:

A fintech startup is seeking a motivated and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and partners both locally and internationally.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues in real time.
• Maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, and operational data to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP or reporting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Service-minded, responsible, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in a startup or fintech environment – a strong advantage.
