Job Description:

• Managing and maintaining backup systems based on Veeam.
• Planning and implementing backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) policies.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting backup systems and providing real-time solutions.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure integration and performance optimization.
• Performing Restore Tests to verify the integrity and reliability of backups.
• Documenting work processes, generating periodic reports, and producing improvement recommendations.
• Managing and defining retention and data archiving policies according to organizational needs.
• Working with monitoring and analysis tools to detect issues and improve backup performance.
• Participating in organization-wide technological projects to enhance backup and recovery systems.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Knowledge in managing and operating virtualization systems (VMware).
• Experience with storage systems – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with BCP and DR infrastructures – advantage.
• Ability to work independently, with responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
