Search Engine Optimization Specialist

WAVE is hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to join our digital team.

Full time, in office – daily presence.

We’re looking for someone with strong strategic thinking, technical depth and a genuine passion for driving organic growth.

• Build and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites
• Lead technical SEO improvements including crawling, indexing, architecture and performance
• Troubleshoot complex issues such as redirects, routing logic and PHP based solutions
• Apply advanced technical capabilities such as schema markup, structured data and event tracking
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content mapping
• Collaborate with developers and content teams across platforms like WordPress, Magento and Shopify
• Manage off site SEO and authority building
• Define CRM integrations and data flows that support SEO insights and measurement
• Use AI and VIBECODING to accelerate research, uncover insights and enhance decision making
• Monitor performance through GA4, GSC, GTM and leading SEO tools

• At least 2 years of proven, hands on SEO experience
• Strong technical SEO foundation
• Proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs
• Experience with major CMS platforms
• Ability to solve technical challenges including redirects, schema and data tracking
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High level English
