The position includes responsibility for developing, implementing, and enforcing the company’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

• Develop, implement, and enforce the company’s compliance program

• Identify, analyze, and assess compliance risks

• Monitor the company’s adherence to applicable laws and regulations

• Manage control systems and compliance audits

• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees

• Investigate and address compliance violations

• Maintain ongoing communication with regulatory authorities

• Keep procedures and policies updated in accordance with regulatory changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in financial compliance — mandatory

• Experience in credit or payment companies — strong advantage

• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks

• Proven experience in developing and managing compliance programs

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
