About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior CNC Programmer.

• Complex CNC programming (3, 4, and 5 axes).
• Designing advanced production fixtures.
• Professional leadership of a team of setup technicians and programmers.
• Supporting first article (FAI) manufacturing and solving technological issues through serial production approval.
• Ongoing collaboration with engineering, production, and quality departments.

• Proven 5–10 years of experience in precision metal part manufacturing.
• Excellent technical drawing interpretation, including full command of GD&T.
• Proven experience in designing fixtures for 3/4/5-axis machining.
• In-depth familiarity with various raw materials, surface treatments, and heat treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a professional team (setup operators/programmers).
• High-level technical English – required.

• Experience working with OKUMA, MAZAK, and FANUC controls.
• Experience programming Mill-Turn machines.
• Background in manufacturing for the optical, medical, or defense industries.
• Experience in implementing automation processes in production.
• Experience in writing MACRO programs.
