Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced research manager, in the field of computer vision to lead and manage our computer vision group. As a key executive in OriginAI and group leader you will be responsible for:

• Own the research strategy for computer vision aligned with customer needs.
• Lead and grow the team—mentor 10+ researchers and team leaders; set goals, review work, and develop careers.
• Deliver end-to-end outcomes: Translate customer requirements into research plans, prototypes, tech transfers, and scalable deliveries into R&D and end users.
• Engage with customers & execs: represent OriginAI in technical discussions, road mapping, and executive reviews.
• Raise the technical bar: establish best practices and methodology for experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and productization.
• State of the art: track research trends; guide publications, and academic partnerships.
• Own the program: translate strategy into scoped, resourced projects; run planning and schedules; manage risks/changes; enforce stage gates and quality; and keep stakeholders aligned through clear, regular reporting.

Requirements:

• PhD or MSc in CS, EE, or related fields.
• 10+ years of group management research/algorithms.
• Proven experience in Top-Tier research in the field of computer vision.
