This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineer located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work. The Engineer will collaborate on the design, prototyping, and development of innovative products for various industries. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and refining product designs, performing feasibility analysis and testing, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects align with client requirements and industry standards. The role involves combining technical expertise with creativity to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Strong design and product development skills, including proficiency in CAD software and prototyping tools.
• Experience in mechanical engineering, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of usability, user-centered design, and ergonomic principles.
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to perform technical testing and feasibility analysis.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for product design and development; experience in medical device development is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
