הובלת פעילויות פיתוח מקצועי של הצוות, כולל הכשרתם לפי הצורך.

אחריות על תחזוקת מתקנים בתחום החשמל באלון תבור ודברת, כולל כל הציוד התומך בייצור BOP

אחריות בגיבוש, הכנת תוכנית וביצוע מדיניות תחזוקה של הציוד שבאחריותו, לפי סוגי תחזוקה, מתוכננות, שבר, מונעות וחזויה במהלך השנה,

אחריות על עבודה במערכת SAP – תזמון ביצוע, תיעדוף, דיווח.

תמיכה ועזרה לכלל המדורים באתר, מכונות , בקרה וסייבר בכל הקשור בנושא החשמלי.

עבודה מול ספקים ונותן שרות עבור קבלת שירותי תחזוקה בתחומו.

אחריות לביצוע עבודות חשמל ומורשה לעבודה במתח חי – עפ"י נוהל היתרי עבודה.

עבודה במשרה מלאה 7:00 עד 16:00 בתחנת הכוח אלון תבור. נדרשת זמינות גבוהה ונכונות לעבודה מאומצת, לעיתים בשעות לא שגרתיות.

דרישות:

מהנדס.ת חשמל – חובה.

לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בתעשייה במפעל תהליכי. ניסיון בתחנות כוח- יתרון משמעותי.

רמת ידע גבוהה בציוד חשמלי עיקרי בתחנות כוח כגון : גנרטורים, שנאים, מעוררים, מנועים , מסדרי חשמל כולל מערכות חרום.

הכרת והבנת תהליכים פיזיקאליים חשמלאים. ידע בקריאת שרטוטי חשמל ועדכונם על פי הצורך.

ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים בתחום שיפוצי גנרטורים, שנאים שדרוג מערכות חשמל וכ"ו.

שליטה בתוכנות אופיס – Word ,Excel ,Power Point ,Visio .

• יכולת ארגון והובלת צוות. זמינות גבוהה ונכונות לעבודה מאומצת, לעיתים בשעות לא שגרתיות.

Management of the electrical team in the section

Leading professional development activities of the team, including training them as needed.

Responsible for maintaining electrical facilities in Alon Tavor and Devart, including all equipment supporting BOP production

Responsible for formulating, preparing a plan and implementing a maintenance policy for the equipment under his responsibility, according to types of maintenance, planned, broken, preventive and predicted during the year,

Responsible for working in the SAP system - scheduling execution, prioritization, reporting.

Support and help for all sections on the site, machinery, control and cyber in all matters related to the electrical issue.

Working with suppliers and providing service for receiving maintenance services in his field.

Responsibility for performing electrical work and authorized to work with live voltage - according to the work permit procedure.

Full-time work 7:00 to 16:00 at the Alon Tavor power plant. High availability and willingness to work hard, sometimes at unusual hours, are required.

Requirements:

Electrical engineer - mandatory.

At least 5 years of experience in industry in a process plant. Experience in power plants - a significant advantage.

High level of knowledge of main electrical equipment in power plants such as: generators, transformers, exciters, motors, electrical arrangements including emergency systems.

Knowledge and understanding of electrical physical processes. Knowledge of reading electrical drawings and updating them as needed.

Proven experience in managing projects in the field of generator renovations, transformers, upgrading electrical systems, etc.

Proficiency in Office software - Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.

Ability to organize and lead a team. High availability and willingness to work hard, sometimes at unusual hours.
