We are recruiting a Salesforce Team Lead for a financial organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers to ensure successful project delivery
-Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions in alignment with business requirements
-Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and system design.
-Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives
-Continuously monitor the performance and scalability of Salesforce implementations
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including 2 years of team management experience
- Experience in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce development
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and working with Salesforce API
- Experience working in an Agile methodology and integrating with external systems
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications
