Product Manager - Written Communication

A leading financial organization is seeking a Product Manager for its digital and written communication domain.

The role involves leading and developing innovative products that enable smart and efficient customer communication - through chat, WhatsApp, email, and additional AI-based channels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop digital and written communication products, integrating advanced technologies and AI.
• Continuously monitor and improve customer journeys while identifying process gaps.
• Collaborate closely with technology teams in an Agile work environment.
• Analyze data and generate business insights using BI tools.
• Build partnerships and lead cross-organizational initiatives with multiple interfaces.
• Manage implementation, monitoring, and continuous innovation across digital communication channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with digital products and conversational channels (Chat / WhatsApp or other AI-based channels) - mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with or implementation of AI tools - mandatory.
• Experience managing cross-organizational projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a passion for innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Proficiency in BI and project management tools.
