Production Planning Control Manager

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Production Planning Control Manager to oversee and optimize production and materials planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Manage a team of Production Planning Control engineers and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Oversee inventory planning, order management, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate between production, operations, procurement, and logistics departments
• Develop management and control reports and implement continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Production Planning Control Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing employees
• Strong command of Excel and Priority ERP system
• Experience working with MES systems – an advantage
• Good level of English
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
