Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce professional to lead and build advanced solutions in large-scale Enterprise environments. This role is ideal for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience who wants to take ownership of complex technical domains, or for a Technical Architect seeking their next challenge.

You will work across architecture, development, integrations, data, security, and DevOps — with significant room for technical leadership and direct influence on system design.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions in Enterprise environments
• Hands-on development in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch/Async, and Integration Services
• Designing and implementing integrations with multiple systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ESB, iPaaS)
• Building and optimizing data models, ensuring performance, scalability, and proper documentation
• Ownership of platform security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Shield, Encryption, Data Governance)
• Leading and implementing DevOps & CI/CD processes (Pipelines, Branching strategy, Deployment automation, Release management)
• Conducting code & design reviews, defining engineering standards and best practices
• Collaborating closely with customer-side technical teams
• Investigating complex production incidents, performing RCA, and driving technical hardening

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Integrations)
• Experience in complex, multi-system Enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, limits, performance, and scalability
• Practical experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools: Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub, Copado, Gearset (or similar)
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce security mechanisms and organizational compliance implementations
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and act as a subject-matter expert
• Excellent English (reading, writing, presenting)
