We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC) to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s both analytical and creative - passionate about performance marketing, data, and driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, create engaging ad copy, and test continuously to improve performance.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to boost ROI.
Collaborate with creative, eCommerce, and content teams to drive growth.
Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and platform updates in digital advertising.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house).
Strong analytical mindset with proven success managing paid media budgets.
Experience with eCommerce, especially in fashion or lifestyle brands.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with A/B testing, automation tools, and CRO principles.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
