Facilities Maintenance Manager

🌟 Maintenance & Infrastructure Manager – Leading Manufacturing Company 🌟

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Infrastructure Manager to take full responsibility for our plant’s maintenance operations and infrastructure, defining an optimal maintenance strategy (corrective, preventive, and scheduled), improving reliability, reducing breakdowns, managing teams, implementing new equipment, and overseeing technical inventory via MRP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage maintenance teams: Maintenance Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Team Leaders, Electricians, and Maintenance Technicians
• Improve reliability of technical systems: production, packaging, material handling, infrastructure, safety, and spare parts
• Manage new projects in setup and maintenance of equipment
• Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance reliability and reduce costs
• Establish procedures and work instructions, including safety and quality standards
• Manage technical inventory and spare parts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Conduct reliability analyses (EFMEA) for new equipment acquisitions
• Plan and deliver professional training for maintenance teams
• Actively participate in HACCP teams, risk assessments, and safety committees

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry or relevant process industry
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and project management
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Understanding of industrial instrumentation and control systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills, process improvement, and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
