Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Attorney, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Patent Attorney will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability, infringement and invalidation assessments, and providing legal advice on Intellectual Property matters. The role also entails performing due diligence tasks and assisting clients in navigating complex patent laws and regulations while tailoring solutions to their needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting and managing patent applications and patent preparation
• Strong knowledge of patent laws and principles of patentability and infringement
• Experience in conducting due diligence for IP related matters
• Exceptional analytical, research and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical and legal concepts clearly and effectively
• A background in physics or electrical engineering
• Qualification as a registered Patent Attorney
• Fluency and eloquence in English; proficiency in Hebrew. Strong English writing and communication skills. High quality drafting skills.
• A Team player with collaborative nature, positive attitude and supreme ethics.
