We’re growing our data team and are looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about turning data into insights that drive real business impact.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between our business departments and our data team.

You’ll help define new analytical reports and dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and ensure our teams use data to make better decisions.

Your mission: translate business questions into analytical requirements, test and validate dashboards, and deliver insights that move the needle.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the main Business Analyst for the Business departments
• Be a part of the BUYME Data Team
• Define and enhance reports, KPIs, and dashboards together with BI developers.
• Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive data analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Verify and validate dashboards, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Translate business needs into analytical and technical requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities and uncover actionable insights.
• Train and support business users on data tools and analytics best practices.

Your Tech Environment:

• Power BI / Microsoft Fabric - our main tool for visualization and reporting.
• Amazon Redshift - our data warehouse for analysis and ad-hoc querying (SQL).

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Strong command of Power BI (or Microsoft Fabric).
• Experience defining reports, KPIs, and analytical requirements.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in Hebrew and English.
• Collaborative and proactive team player.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with Customer Data , Customer Segmentation and CDP
• Hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL queries (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
• Curiosity, self-learning mindset, and a passion for making data meaningful.
