ERP/SAP Business & Project Leader

A leading technology company specializing in contact center solutions is seeking an experienced ERP/SAP project and business leader.

This role combines business development, sales, and project leadership, driving growth, implementing ERP/SAP solutions, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ERP/SAP solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes, from client engagement to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Define business requirements, analyze processes, and prepare functional/technical specifications.
• Manage complex ERP/SAP implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Lead internal and external project teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Provide ongoing client support and advise on system optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with ERP/SAP innovations and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or related field – required.
• Master’s degree and/or relevant SAP/ERP certifications – advantage.
• 3–5+ years of experience in ERP/SAP project leadership, implementation, or management.
• Proven experience in IT/enterprise software sales and business development.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO, S/4HANA).
• Experience working with senior clients and management.
• Strong business and sales orientation, leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients.
