Senior Product Designer

Ledge is a growing tech company that helps businesses manage and make sense of their financial data. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end design work, from exploration and discovery through to polished, production-ready experiences, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment where autonomy, speed, and craft are key. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a lean, highly collaborative setup.

Responsibilities:

• Own design projects from concept to launch.
• Translate complex data into clear, intuitive, and elegant experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for the user and promote a design culture focused on clarity, simplicity, and usability.
• Help refine and improve team processes, design quality, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, ideally within SaaS or data-driven products.
• A highly creative self-starter who can maintain a balance between the big picture view and all the details.
• Proven experience designing complex workflows.
• Strong command of Figma, prototyping, and end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and ideation to delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance speed with quality.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a growing team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• High level English.
• A strong portfolio or set of case studies showcasing your design thinking, execution, and impact.

• Experience working on 0→1 product initiatives or early-stage features.
• Experience in fintech
• Familiarity with analytics tools and using metrics to guide design decisions.
• Comfort defining and improving design processes and systems.
