* Training and guidance for recruiting teams in the ATS field (Comeet, Greenhouse, etc.) and on all new sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Helper, Sales Navigator, Boolean search, X-ray, Stack Overflow, ChatGPT, etc.)

* A significant portion of our clients are long-term partners or repeat customers.

Hybrid position, Immediate availability required

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of hands-on & strategic tech recruitment experience (R&D, Product, Data/Analytics roles, etc.) — Must

* Experience in conducting in-depth, behavioral interviews that uncover both technical competencies and cultural alignment — an advantage

*Experience in sourcing at LinkedIn.

* High level of Hebrew & English — both written and verbal — Must
