DevOps Engineer

A Security Ad-Tech company considered a leader in the online advertising control industry. The company provides a comprehensive automated service ensuring secure and clean video advertising experiences across all devices and platforms. This enables publishers to maintain brand safety, protect user experience, and preserve revenue models.

The company specializes in proprietary digital ad verification systems that identify and block malicious ads and banners (Malware) across mobile and online environments.

Located in Tel Aviv, operating in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days. The company has around 50 employees, including approximately 15 in R&D.

The role-

• Serving as the sole DevOps Engineer in the company, owning all DevOps and infrastructure responsibilities.
• Designing, managing, and optimizing the company’s cloud environment on AWS.
• Setting up, configuring, and performing performance optimization for Kubernetes clusters.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Supporting Big Data and Microservices production environments.
• Implementing and managing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and high availability of production systems.
• Collaborating closely with R&D to enable smooth development, deployment, and delivery workflows.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in DevOps roles
• Strong experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions)
• Expertise in Kubernetes administration and deployment strategies
• Experience with data warehouse technologies (Redshift, Athena, PostgreSQL, S3)
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Strong scripting abilities in Bash and Linux system administration
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Demonstrated experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements
