About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Notch, you will define the roadmap for our core AI platform, lead R&D teams' work, and design complex systems and workflows that drive real-world impact. You’ll work across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure our platform is scalable, robust, and delivers seamless experiences for enterprises. This role is perfect for technically oriented product leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building systems that solve hard problems.

What You Will Do

• Own the roadmap for core platform capabilities that power AI agents, from concept through launch and adoption.
• Lead R&D teams' work, guiding technical execution, system architecture, and product design decisions.
• Design, refine, and deliver complex AI-driven workflows and features that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
• Build intuitive user experiences that allow customers to configure, monitor, and optimize AI systems at scale.
• Partner with enterprise customers to identify opportunities where AI can transform workflows and improve outcomes.
• Translate strategic vision into clear product specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and operations to execute.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term product strategy and innovation initiatives.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

• Have 4+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a related technical leadership role.
• Have a strong technical foundation - comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, AI workflows, and data models with engineers.
• Have experience leading multiple R&D teams or complex technical initiatives.
• Have a strong sense of UX and can balance technical complexity with usability.
• Excel at building relationships and communicating effectively across teams and with customers.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy shaping solutions from scratch.
