Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development (R&D) Manager located in Herzliya. The R&D Manager will oversee the development of innovative products through research and testing. They will lead cross-functional teams, manage projects from conception to completion, and ensure alignment with company goals. The role requires managing resources, coordinating timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and hands-on experience with research initiatives
• Proven abilities in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Effective Project Management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry is mandatory
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Herzliya and lead teams in a dynamic environment
