Full Stack Engineer

We’re a venture-backed startup developing AI solutions that help enterprises improve how they communicate, make decisions, and serve their customers. Our product is already in production with major global organizations - and we’re now expanding our core engineering team.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of features end-to-end - from architecture to polished user experiences - and help us turn our vision into a product used daily by thousands of professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own user-facing features from backend APIs to frontend.
• Build modern web applications from scratch using React/Next.js and TypeScript (Node.js)
• Design, implement, and own scalable APIs and backend logic
• Craft smooth, responsive UI with attention to detail
• Integrate real-time data and AI outputs into user-facing dashboards
• Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas into usable features
• Contribute to architectural decisions and influence the product roadmap

What You’ll Bring

• 4–7 years of experience building full-stack web products
• Deep knowledge of React / Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL and at least one search or analytics layer (e.g. Elasticsearch)
• Proven ability to ship high-quality, production-ready code quickly
• Understanding of modern DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes
• Product thinking - you care about the user, not just the code
