Technical Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Web Developer Project Manager to lead multiple innovative projects from concept to delivery. If you're passionate about software development, project leadership, and emerging technologies, this is your chance to make a direct impact.

This is a hybrid, full-time position based at our headquarters in Holon, Israel. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end development cycles for custom SaaS systems, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, product, and operations.

Your work will focus on orchestrating complex full-stack projects that integrate blockchain-based infrastructure, high-scale data flows, and innovative algorithmic solutions.

• Lead and manage multiple full-stack SaaS projects from inception to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Business teams to align technical solutions with company goals
• Drive the entire development lifecycle: research, planning, architecture, development, QA, release, and continuous optimization
• Prepare and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure full alignment between business objectives and technical execution
• Monitor system architecture, integrations, and workflows to troubleshoot challenges and provide guidance to development teams
• Act as the bridge between business strategy and R&D execution, ensuring seamless communication and progress visibility
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early — proactively driving mitigation strategies
• Continuously optimize processes by introducing tools, frameworks, and best practices in an Agile development environment

• 2+ years of experience managing or contributing to web development or full-stack SaaS projects
• Proven track record leading custom-made B2B/B2C solutions or similar large-scale software products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of web technologies, SaaS architecture, and APIs
• Familiarity with blockchain-based infrastructures or a strong willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive into technical details when needed
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of coordinating across cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English — comfortable handling technical documentation and working with global stakeholders

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, GitHub, or Bitbucket
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies and SaaS product lifecycle management
• Exposure to advanced algorithmic solutions, cloud infrastructures, or multi-system integrations
• Previous experience in blockchain-based platforms or fintech ecosystems is a strong advantage
