Encounter Capital specializes in providing local distribution services for carefully selected Hedge Funds.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Jerusalem for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales operations, develop and execute business development strategies, manage a team, and foster strong relationships with Israeli Institutional and Family Office clients. Daily tasks include identifying growth opportunities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a client-focused approach to ensure excellent customer service.
Summary:
- Strong technical understanding of Hedge Funds and trading strategies
- At least two years experience selling Hedge Funds
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- At least 2 days a week in the office in Jerusalem and comfortable travelling around the centre of Israel, regularly
- Base salary plus success fees
