An Israeli startup in the Performance Marketing space specializes in AI-driven performance marketing solutions, generating and selling targeted leads that help clients grow their user base and business while reducing costs and improving efficiency through intelligent AI-based systems.

The company is based in Tel Aviv near the train line, offers a hybrid work model (one day from home, four days in the office), and has around 30 employees.

Founded three years ago, the company operates in a bootstrap model, has been profitable from day one, with active paying clients, and no external investors.

Role overview:

• Strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
• Full responsibility for technological vision, leading the roadmap, and its execution.
• Manage a team of 13: VP R&D, 2 Team Leads, 3 global team members. Minimal hands-on work.
• Lead AI, ML, Predictive Models, and GenAI initiatives.
• Build work methodologies, manage and develop team leads, ensure goal achievement, facilitate smooth task handovers.
• Scale product and infrastructure, strengthen AI and Cloud systems, provide solutions to existing challenges.
• Oversee end-to-end projects across Backend, Full Stack, and ML domains.
• Integrate and manage Algorithms and Development teams, set tech standards, implement high-scale production solutions.
• Direct engagement with AI models and management of an upcoming Product Manager

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing 20+ employees, including team leads – mandatory
• Expertise in AI – mandatory
• Experience with LLM – a plus
• Experience in SaaS companies – a plus
• PhD or MSc in a relevant field – a plus
