Software Team Lead

Position: Software Team Lead

Reports to: VP R&D

• Lead and mentor a hands-on development team of 8–10 engineers (Development & QA).
• Drive multiple software projects in parallel, from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Service) and external partners.
• Own the reliability, availability, and scalability of company systems.

• 5+ years of experience in developing information systems in a .Net/C# environment (must).
• Strong proficiency with MS-SQL.
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing development teams (must).
• Experience working with Monday.com – an advantage.

• A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business and organizational environments.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking with deep technical understanding.
• Experience leading both in-house and outsourced teams (local and overseas).
• Passion for delivering under challenging deadlines while maintaining high standards.
