Project Manager – Call Center Technology Integration

A leading integration company is looking for a Project Manager.

The role combines project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead integration and IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Analyze business processes and define system requirements.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee system deployment, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, management, and external clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in project management, systems engineering, or technical leadership.
• Experience in process analysis, system specification, and implementation.
• Strong English skills, especially for reading technical documentation.
• Familiarity with contact center technologies – strong advantage.
• Knowledge of networking, data communication, and segmentation – advantage.
