About the role:
- Own the design of Jurni’s platform and systems - and shape the experiences millions of visitors interact with every month.
- Work closely with marketing and engineering to ship high-fidelity designs.
- Talk to customers and use data, research, and iteration to continuously improve user experiences.
- Create visually compelling sales and marketing materials (static and video).
- Help us build out our design team, and dive deep into areas that you find more interesting as we grow.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in 0→1 product design in ambiguous environments.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows.
- A creative designer comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment.
- Expertise in UX, with a deep understanding of user flows, interaction design, and usability.
- A sharp eye for visual design and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience designing AI-powered tools.
- Comfortable working on both product and brand design.
