Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator to lead and manage end-to-end environments for SMB organizations. This role involves identity management in Entra ID, administration and maintenance of Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, endpoint management with Intune & EDR, and implementing advanced security hardening practices.

• Plan, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 environments
• Perform ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Manage endpoints using Intune
• Strengthen cloud security with Defender for Office/Endpoint, EOP, and DLP
• Execute migrations and upgrades (On-Prem → M365, Tenant-to-Tenant)
• Develop automations and runbooks using PowerShell
• Configure and maintain email security standards (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure/System/IT roles within organizations or MSPs
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers and common virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) – deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Practical knowledge of enterprise networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 productivity environments: user/license management, email, and file collaboration (Exchange/OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams)
• Ability to write and run basic scripts (PowerShell/Python) for automation and operations
• Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, self-learning ability, and task management skills
• High-level Hebrew and good technical English
