Padagis Shoham is looking for a Raw Materials Buyer to join our Procurement Department at the company’s headquarters in Shoham.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, Monday through Thursday, 8:00–16:30, with readiness to work overtime as required.

What the job includes:

  • Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders for all raw materials.
  • Performing control and follow-up processes to ensure compliance with procurement policies and company procedures.
  • Coordinating deliveries and working with the receiving and warehouse teams, as well as production planning.
  • Meeting business objectives and achieving cost savings targets.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, sharing forecasts, and monitoring supplier performance and compliance with commercial terms.
  • Managing approvals and permits required for raw material imports with relevant authorities.
  • Providing service and support to various internal and external stakeholders, in both Hebrew and English.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (advantage: Economics / Business Administration / Chemistry).
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.
  4. Proficiency in Office and SAP systems – mandatory.
  5. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis) – mandatory.
  6. Proven experience working in a dynamic, multi-interface environment – an advantage.
