Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking an Automation Engineer with strong software engineering expertise to design, develop, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks for high-performance, real-time systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ensuring reliability, scalability, and accuracy across complex, distributed environments. The position involves deep collaboration with developers to validate system behavior, optimize performance, and maintain the integrity of large-scale production systems.

• Automated Framework Development
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for Python-based microservices and distributed architectures.
• Comprehensive Test Coverage
• Develop and execute integration, regression, stress, and performance tests to validate the correctness and robustness of real-time application logic.
• Real-World Simulation
• Build and maintain systems to simulate exchange and market behaviors, validating system performance and fault tolerance under live-like conditions.
• Debugging and Root Cause Analysis
• Investigate and reproduce complex issues in the production codebase; analyze logs, identify root causes, and work closely with development teams to drive fixes and prevent regressions.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous verification, rapid feedback, and reliable deployments.
• System Validation and Quality Standards
• Ensure test coverage and reliability across asynchronous, multi-threaded, and distributed components. Define, implement, and uphold quality metrics, testing standards, and release validation procedures.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation or software testing, preferably within Python-based or real-time system environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience using frameworks such as Pytest, unittest, or equivalent testing tools.
• Proven experience testing asynchronous, multi-threaded, or distributed systems.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and root cause analysis skills within large, complex codebases.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, automation best practices, and continuous integration principles.
• Ability to interpret and validate production logic, ensuring accurate functionality across microservices and APIs.
