Mobile Android Developer

We are looking for a talented Mobile Android Developer to join a dynamic R&D team and play a key role in designing and developing new mobile features using modern Android development tools and best practices. • Feature Development
• Design, build, and maintain new mobile features from concept to deployment, ensuring top-tier performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features. Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• UI/UX Implementation
• Implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, following best practices for Android UI/UX design and accessibility.
• Performance Optimization
• Apply deep understanding of multithreading, background processes, and mobile memory management to deliver smooth and efficient applications.
• Code Quality & Maintenance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews, implement unit tests, and ensure adherence to software development standards.
• Problem Solving & Autonomy
• Tackle technical challenges with a proactive mindset, identifying issues early and proposing scalable solutions. Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.

• 3+ years of experience in Android application development using Java and/or Kotlin.
• Proven experience collaborating within an agile development team to deliver production-grade features.
• Strong understanding of Android UI/UX principles, lifecycle management, and design patterns.
• Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning on mobile devices.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, problem-solving approach.

• Experience in developing and maintaining Mobile SDKs.
• Familiarity with Firebase Cloud technologies (e.g., Messaging, Analytics, Remote Config).
• Experience with the Google Play Store release process, including app signing and deployment.
