Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We’re hiring an AI Software Developer & Project Manager for a leading cloud-based hi-tech organization in Tel Aviv!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop end-to-end AI and GenAI projects, including architecture design and deployment in cloud environments.
• Integrate and fine-tune advanced AI models while implementing Prompt Engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AI solutions.
• Work with modern development stacks and tools to bring innovative ideas to life.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development – a must.
• 2+ years of experience leading GenAI projects and developing innovative AI-based solutions – a must.
• Proven experience with Fine-tuning and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong background in cloud architecture and deployment (AWS / GCP) – a must.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB / ElasticSearch) – an advantage.
