Position Title: Customer Service and Retention Representative  

Location: Petah Tikva  

Role Overview:  

As a part of our team, you will provide top-notch technological customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering professional responses to customers via phone and email 📞✉️

- Providing targeted explanations and guidance on our products

- Identifying customer needs and tailoring individualized solutions

What We’re Looking For:  

- At least one year of experience in customer service, retention, or technical support

- Strong technological orientation – our product is highly tech-driven

- Excellent service orientation and communication skills

- High proficiency in Hebrew, both written and spoken

- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or the internet sector is an advantage

Important Details:  

- Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00-18:00

- Part-time options available

- One hybrid work day per week

- Office location: Petah Tikva
