Technical Support Engineer (Permanent, Remote – Israel)

Join a fast-growing software company in the backup & tiered storage space! We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to solve complex technical problems for customers across EMEA.

What You’ll Do:

• Own cases end-to-end, collaborating with software engineering teams
• Troubleshoot Linux/Unix, Networking (TCP/UDP, DNS, Subnets), and backup solutions like Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik, or Veritas
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively solve issues
• Occasionally visit customer sites (expenses covered)

Must-Have Skills:

• Fluent Hebrew & English
• Strong Linux, Networking, and Backup software experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for customer success and continuous learning
