About the Role

As a Product Designer at Notch, you will shape the look, feel, and usability of our AI platform. You’ll lead design for complex workflows, AI logic, and enterprise-level experiences while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about creating intuitive, visually engaging, and technically sophisticated products that scale.

You will play a central role in defining design standards, building our design system, and translating complex AI-driven functionality into elegant, human-centered experiences.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design of our AI platform, including complex workflows, enterprise experiences, and AI-driven features.
• Define and maintain the design system to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate AI logic and technical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, iterating based on user feedback and testing.
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept to production, balancing aesthetics, usability, and technical feasibility.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

• Have 4+ years of experience designing and shipping production-level web app or platform products.
• Are experienced in Figma (or similar design tools) with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflows and enterprise-level solutions.
• Have a deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design for web applications.
• Can translate complex AI logic into intuitive, actionable experiences for users.
• Excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating design rationale clearly, and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy solving complex design problems.

• Experience designing AI products, enterprise SaaS, or tools for technical users.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven interfaces, automation workflows, or conversational UI design.
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience.
