This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Petah Tikva. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, driving sales efforts, providing excellent customer service, and training clients or team members on sales-related processes. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with new and existing customers, analyzing their needs, and offering tailored cruise solutions while meeting sales targets and reporting progress to management.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs.
• Proven sales skills and experience in driving sales efforts to achieve targets.
• Experience in training and sales management, supporting teams or clients in understanding sales strategies and performance improvement.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the travel, tourism, or cruise industry is a plus.
