Requirements

We are looking for a great Hardware Program Manager, one that understands, lives, and breathes Development & QA release cycles, has a ‘can-do’ attitude, knows how to drive complicated release integration while motivating others, keeps the right priority at any given moment, and is fun to work with.

Responsibilities

• Code repository consistency
• Release integration(s) per QA and regression success metrics
• Support multiple customer releases at any given time
• Responding to urgent customer release integration requests
• High sense of urgency in releasing versions to the field
• Cross-management of multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure multiple successful releases
• Coordinate the release integration & schedule with required resources, considering the dependencies upon R&D, QA, DevOps, and CI
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative production environment
• Continuously improve the release process using different tools and dashboards
• Maintain documentation related to the release itself and the procedures related to the release process
  
  

• Git and GitLab knowledge is highly desired (or willing to learn for extensive daily usage)
• Linux environment experience is highly desired
• SW development / Computer Science or Engineering background
• Great ability to multitask and context-switch
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Efficient and dynamic task prioritization
• Scripting knowledge is desired
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
