LUMET, a company developing innovative and breakthrough technology in the field of solar energy, is recruiting a Chief Systems Engineer to lead the development of multidisciplinary systems.

Role Description:

Chief Systems Engineer to lead the development of complex multidisciplinary systems.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for systems engineering activities at LUMET.

• Defining the architecture of multidisciplinary systems, including specification and definition of subsystems and assemblies.

• Full responsibility for all system interfaces, including: mechanical systems, electronics, control, and software.

• Managing system requirements for all hardware systems.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics – required.

• Master’s degree in systems engineering – an advantage.

• Proven experience of over 5 years in the development of multidisciplinary systems – from concept and system architecture to a complete product.

• Over 5 years of experience leading tasks and teams in a development environment.

• Proven experience in integration and problem-solving of complex systems: mechanics, hardware, software, and consumables.

• Experience working with development, modeling, and system analysis tools.

• Experience in control and drive systems – an advantage.
