A leading pharmaceutical company in the South is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of IT Infrastructure & Information Security for a senior, hands-on leadership role. This position involves managing cross-functional technology teams, driving innovation, and continuously improving the organization’s technological services.

Role Description

• Manage daily operations of the System, Network, Information Security, and IT Support teams (approximately 10 employees, including managers).
• Set priorities, work routines, and task assignments while ensuring SLA targets are met.
• Oversee all IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations in an active manufacturing environment, including availability and response during non-standard hours as needed.
• Proactively lead ongoing initiatives, promote continuous improvement, and implement new technologies and ideas.
• Ensure compliance with strict pharma regulations and maintain high operational standards.
• Define and implement IT and security solutions in Israel and the U.S., collaborating with global interfaces.
• Serve as the key technical authority for infrastructure innovation and solutions across the company.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide internal customer support.
• Handle system crises, ensure accurate documentation, and lead technical projects from planning to successful delivery.
• Represent the infrastructure domain during audits and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Software Engineering – required.
• At least 7 years of proven management experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing teams and department managers – required.
• Pharma industry experience and regulatory understanding – significant advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to operate in a dynamic, high-pressure, multi-task environment.
• Service-oriented, proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English – required.
