A leading healthcare company in Israelwe are looking for:
Director of the Computing Infrastructure and Information Systems Division
Role Description
Infrastructure Division to lead its IT infrastructure and operations. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for managing large-scale infrastructure environments and driving innovation, resilience, and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all infrastructure domains: communication networks, servers, storage systems, databases, cybersecurity, and information security
- Lead strategic planning and implementation of advanced infrastructure technologies
- Ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities
- Manage ongoing operations, maintenance, and scalability of critical IT systems
- Oversee complex projects while maintaining day-to-day operational excellence
- Design and implement cybersecurity infrastructure and policies
- Manage external vendors and contractors
- Align infrastructure initiatives with organizational digital transformation goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent – required
- Master’s degree in a technology-related field – strong advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing an infrastructure/IT operations division in a large-scale organization – required
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and operations roles – required
- Proven experience managing large teams (40+ people) – required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English – required
