Data Analyst & Systems Administrator

Benatav, a company specializing in the manufacturing of miniature components for the Medical Device industry, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Systems Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to join our IT department in a dynamic and meaningful role.

This position combines data analysis and Power BI reporting with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of core organizational systems such as MES, Priority, EPDM, and Monday.com. You'll be a key player in transforming data into actionable insights, improving production processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

·        Analyze data from production, quality, operations systems to generate business insights.

·        Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Power BI.

·        Work with databases and write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

·        Administer and maintain organizational systems: MES, Priority, EPDM, Monday – including user setup, permissions, monitoring, and user support.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Operations, Engineering) to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions

·        Support the implementation of new workflows and continuous improvement of BI and information systems.

Requirements

·        1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst.

·        Strong proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries.

·        Proven experience in building reports and dashboards with Power BI.

·        Experience in operating and maintaining organizational systems (MES, Priority, EPDM, Monday).

·        Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.

·        Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Very good English (reading, writing, presenting).
