Medical Device Sales & Clinical Development Representative – Regenerative Medicine (U.S.)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Device Sales Professional to lead the U.S. introduction and clinical adoption of a novel regenerative therapy system. This role blends commercial execution with clinical partnership development, focusing on engaging clinics and medical centers to initiate clinical trials and build early market awareness across regenerative medicine applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the company’s U.S. promotional plan across regenerative fields such as urology, women's health and medical esthetics.
• Identify and engage medical centers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) for clinical trial participation and evaluation programs.
• Negotiate site participation agreements, overview ethics committee submissions and coordinate with internal teams to launch and support clinical trials.
• Provide field feedback on clinical and market trends to support commercialization strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or clinical development, ideally within therapeutic medical devices.
• Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships with physicians and institutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to/from the U.S.
