Revealon is an early stage AdTech company at the intersection of data intelligence, media infrastructure and automation.

We are building a real time solution that connects data with programmatic demand, helping publishers and SDKs unlock hidden value in their supply.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build the first version of our platform, from core APIs and data logic to a lightweight dashboard.

You will take ownership of the technical execution in the early phase and help shape how our systems scale.

This role starts with a profit share structure, with the potential to form your own tech team and grow into a senior leadership position as the company evolves.

Your Focus

Build real-time data APIs and first-party bidding logic

Design scalable and efficient backend architecture

Build a simple management dashboard (front and back)

Collaborate directly with the founder on strategy and roadmap

Who You Are

Strong backend or full stack developer with experience in Node, Python, Go or similar

Understands data flows, APIs and scalable architecture

Curious, hands on and eager to build from zero

Motivated by autonomy, ownership and meaningful business impact

Structure

Type: Partnership role based on profit share, no base salary

Growth Path: Option to lead a tech team and evolve into a senior role

Commitment: Flexible in the early stage and transitions to full time as traction grows
