We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and people-loving individual to join our team as a Tour Operator.

This role involves managing group itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and communicating with clients from around the world — primarily ministries and churches.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of incoming tour operations (guides, buses, hotels, restaurants, and sites).
• Communicate with international clients in English and provide excellent service.
• Prepare and customize itineraries for Christian groups and ministries.
• Work closely with our team to ensure smooth and meaningful travel experiences.
• Handle day-to-day correspondence, quotations, and confirmations.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – required.
• Love for Israel and interest in the Bible, history, and culture.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in tourism, customer service, or logistics – advantage, but not required.
