Role Description – CTO | Technical Co-Founder

We’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder (CTO) with a genuine passion for building, creating, and shaping products that make a real impact on people’s lives. The CTO will lead the company’s end-to-end technological development from building the initial infrastructure, through managing development processes, to defining the long-term technical vision. In the early stages, the role is hands-on, combining practical development with strategic leadership. We’re looking for someone with a product-oriented mindset and the ability to draw technological and product insights from user interactions and data. Above all, we’re seeking a values-driven, collaborative person, with the motivation and passion to join us on this journey and build something meaningful together.

Required Skills

• Software development and product development skills
• Background in AI and Generative AI systems – advantage
• Understanding of user-centric product creation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from user interactions and data
