Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our hardware development team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in PCB board design, who understands the

challenges of high-speed signal design, and has a keen interest or background in signal integrity analysis.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop high-performance, multi-layer PCBs for production line testers.

● Own board-level schematic design, component selection, layout guidance, and bring-up

● Work with simulation tools for signal and power integrity

● Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure proper high-speed routing and stack-up decisions

● Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other

lab tools

● Support prototype builds and transition to manufacturing, including DFM/DFT reviews

Qualifications

● B.Sc. or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

● 8+ years of hands-on experience in board-level hardware development

● Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Mentor)

● Strong understanding of high-speed digital design principles (e.g., DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet,

SerDes) – Must.

● Experience with lab debugging and hardware validation

● Familiarity with signal integrity and power integrity concepts and tools

● Good English skills - Must.
