Hematology Product Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company

Job Description:

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Hematology Product Manager - Previous experience in product management in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

Location: A combined office (center district) and field position, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the product line and leading them to sales targets.
• Meetings with key customers.
• Market analysis and field data, identifying trends and business insights.
• Leading a cross-organizational strategic plan, including building KPIs and implementing a multi-channel tactical plan.
• Developing and managing groundbreaking projects that generate significant growth.
• Management of a small field team: planning, measurement, professional development and recruitment.
• Collaboration with the medical director to analyze and present scientific information to professional bodies.
• Product strategy labels and marketing aids.
• Product launch planning and expansion of penetration into new markets.
• Setting goals and forecasts.
• The position reports to the business unit manager.
• Planning and participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.
• Matrix management of the team of representatives.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. – required
• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager – required
• Ability to prepare presentations
• Ability to motivate tasks and people
• High interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills
• High level English
