FP&A Manager & Payroll Accountant

A global technology organization is seeking a talented FP&A Manager & Accountant to join its finance division.

The role includes building financial models, leading budgeting cycles, and ensuring strong accounting compliance.

Core Accounting Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and local regulations.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across entities.
• Support audits and ensure timely submission of all statutory and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Lead the budgeting process and long-range financial planning across regions.
• Analyze variances, monitor performance trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare and present financial dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct scenario analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business units to guide resource allocation and financial efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CPP) preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and payroll/accounting roles.
• Experience working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial statements and support annual audits using CONTO.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling (Power Query preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems ,experience with Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) and accounting/financial terminology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
